RETURN POLICY FOR GENERAL SERVICE SALES

TIVITIFY performs membership transactions by making agreements with service providers that take into consideration the consumer. Since companies that sell services and products on TIVITIFY are required to state their own return conditions on their product/service pages, consumers must pay attention to these issues and contact TIVITIFY if these conditions are not met.

REFUND POLICY DURING THE PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION PROCESS

• By the certification body Candidates who are not present at the exam venue on the announced date and time will not be admitted to the exam. However, if the Invigilator/Assessor is informed before the specified time and the candidate who will not attend the exam is notified to the center, the candidate may be removed from the list and/or a new candidate may be added up to one hour before the exam. In cases where the candidate can report the reason for not being able to attend the exam (medical report, accident report, etc.), the candidate may use the first exam right in the next exam after the evaluation of the Business Manager and/or General Manager. In cases other than these, if no notification has been made, no refund will be made.
• The candidate is given the right to take the exam once within 1 year from the unit he/she failed, without paying any fee. Unsuccessful candidates are responsible for following the exam dates through the software and applying for the relevant exams.
• Exam results To the certification body The web address is announced in the "Exam Result Inquiry" section on the "Candidate Login" page.
• If it is determined during internal and external audits that the exams were not conducted properly, the exams may be cancelled by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (MYK) and the Turkish Accreditation Agency (TÜRKAK). In the event of cancellation of the exams, candidates are allowed to take the exam again free of charge without any loss of rights.
• TIVITIFY does not share the information it obtains about the applicant, candidate or certified person, except with the relevant institutions/organizations and individuals within the framework of legal regulations.
• The exam will be held within 60 days from the date the exam fee is paid to our organization. If the exam cannot be held within this period, the entire exam fee will be refunded upon request in accordance with our Company's Fee Refund Policy.
